To reach out to our support team, please refer to the 'Problem or Request' link within the Eclipse Yourself app under the 'Help' tab. This will send us a little bit of extra information to help try and diagnose the issue.

Expired Subscription:

If you cannot access the app as you are not a current subscriber, at the bottom of the subscription page is a 'Need Assistance' link to contact us.
