To reach out to our support team, please refer to the 'Problem or Request' link within the Eclipse Yourself app under the 'Help' tab. This will send us a little bit of extra information to help try and diagnose the issue.

Expired Subscription:

If you cannot access the app as you are not a current subscriber, at the bottom of the subscription page is a 'Need Assistance' link to contact us.


If you still cannot access any of the above methods, contact our support on but please remember to type the word 'Eclipse' in the subject line and explain in detail as much as possible, it helps us to help you :)
